Order Processing

We’ve recently made an update to make the checkout experience faster on 1stDibs.

As a part of this update, we will process some of your order information behind the scenes, once you’ve submitted it.

  • It should take no more than a few minutes to process your order. While orders are processing, you’ll see relevant language in your Order Manager, and in the Message Center if you have a conversation with the seller.
  • Once your order processes successfully, your Order Manager and Message Center will auto-update, and you will see your full order information.
  • In the rare event that there is an error and we cannot process your order, we will email you, and you will not be charged for the order.
