When you're logged in, go to the account menu and select Account Information.
On the Account Information page, you'll see the menu option, Communication Preferences. This is where you'll be able to set your communication preferences and unsubscribe from or adjust the frequency of our email notifications. You can also select to receive SMS alerts for notifications about your conversation with a seller.
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to update your email preferences. You may receive additional emails during this time.
Under Your Searches, you can manage which emails you receive for followed items, searches, categories, or sellers. You can also unsubscribe from a specific category of emails by clicking unsubscribe on the email.
If you unsubscribe from all email notifications, please note that you will still receive transactional emails to keep you updated with your purchase.
