When you're logged in, navigate to the account menu in the top right corner of the page and select Account Information.
On the Account Information page, you'll see the menu option for Communication Preferences. This is where you'll be able to set your communication preferences and adjust the frequency of our email notifications or unsubscribe altogether. You can also choose to receive SMS alerts for notifications about your conversation with a seller.
It can take up to 48 hours to update your email preferences. You may receive additional emails during this time.
Under the Your Searches section, you can manage which emails you receive for items you’re following, searches, categories, or sellers. You can also unsubscribe from a specific category of emails by clicking unsubscribe on that particular email group.
If you unsubscribe from all email notifications, please note that you will still receive transactional emails to keep you updated on future purchases.
