How to Use a Promotional Code

Have a promotion code to apply to your order?

Checking out with a Promo Code

Simply enter the code, as you received it, on the checkout page. You'll see the prompt Add Promotional Code under the purchase total, on the left side of the page. (See example below). Once you've entered the code, click Apply. If the code is valid and has not expired, the total will change to reflect the discounted price.

Using a Promo Code on an Offer from a Seller

If you received a promotion code after making an offer on an item, and the order has not yet been confirmed you are able to apply the promotion code from your orders page.
Click on the Order Details section:

Below the Order Summary, there will be "Add Promotional Code"

Select "Add Promotional Code" and a box will appear to apply the promotional code
