Declined Payment

How to reauthorize your payment method:

Your bank may flag any unexpected activity and require your authorization or additional approvals to proceed with a transaction. If this happens, please contact your bank or credit card provider to make a request to authorize the transaction.

Once the bank has approved, visit the orders section of your account, and select the Verify Payment button on the order.

Once selected, a screen will open: from there, select the card that you would like to have the charge applied to and select the Authorize Payment Method button.

If the payment is successfully captured, the order page will update to show Order Confirmed.

 

Change Payment Method

To change your payment method, visit the orders section of your account, and select the Verify Payment button on the order.

A screen will open: select the Add new debit/credit card option.DP_4.jpeg

Input the information for the new credit card you are looking to utilize for the purchase.DP_5.jpeg

If the payment is successfully captured, the order page will update to show Order Confirmed.
